Welcome to kwasihudson.com (the “Site”), the official website of Kwasi for Carroll County District 2 (the “Committee,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

1. Purpose of This Site

This Site is intended to provide information about Kwasi Hudson’s campaign for Carroll County Commissioner, District 2, in Carroll County, Georgia, and to allow visitors to learn about the campaign and make monetary contributions.

This Site is for general informational and political purposes only and does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice.

2. Eligibility to Use the Site

By using this Site, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, and
  • You are legally able to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

If you do not meet these requirements, you may not use this Site.

3. Contributions and Payments

You may be able to make monetary contributions to Kwasi for Carroll County District 2 through this Site.

All contribution amounts, limits, and legal requirements are subject to change and may depend on current state and local regulations. Nothing on this Site is a guarantee that any specific contribution will be accepted.

4. Refunds

Contributions are generally non-refundable. However, we may issue a refund if:

  • A contribution was made in error,
  • A transaction was unauthorized, or
  • We are required by law or regulation to return the funds.

If you believe a contribution was made in error, please contact us at kwasi4ccdistrict2@gmail.com as soon as possible with your name, contribution amount, and the date of the transaction.

5. No User Accounts or Public Engagement

This Site is a public information site. At this time:

If these features are added in the future, we may update these Terms to address any rules for participation.
